I've loved music since I was a kid listening to Springsteen records in the back of my parents' car. Something about the honesty, heart and sense of escapism in the songs connected with me, and I guess I've been chasing those ideas ever since.
I was singing and playing guitar in punk and rock n' roll bands for a while (I think they call this 'paying your dues', and boy did I pay 'em...) and then I went solo. I work hard and write a lot, so I've recorded two albums' worth of songs (SATELLITES & MERCURY STATE) in the studio over the last two years and put them out there in the world.
Some of them were played on the radio, some of them were written about in magazines and on websites, some of them were heard by new and old friends at live shows - all of them are important to me.
